The 24th cycle grant application can be found here in 24th Cycle Funding Application . The application has also been emailed to each County Commission President within the state of West Virginia. The postmark deadline for the 24th cycle grant application is September 25, 2026.
Announcement Letter - Counties may apply for up to $125,000 with a 20% match, based upon the project total, required by the county applicant.
